Recently, NANYUAN intelligent completed the production of 6 DN1600 knife gate valves and DN1600 butterfly buffer check valves. This batch of valves are all cast.

Not in the workshop, with the cooperation of lifting equipment, the workers respectively packed the knife gate valve and butterfly buffer check valve with diameter of 1.6 meters and exported them to Russia.

This batch of valves received third-party inspection. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of the valves, in addition to the strength test of the valves at 1.25 ~ 1.5 times of the nominal pressure before leaving the factory, the external and internal quality of the blank were also inspected. Our valves have been tested by the third party on casting, material, pressure and so on, and have passed the test successfully.

Customer requirements are relatively high, casting requirements for smooth surface, clear casting words, especially to have dense structure, without pores, shrinkage, porosity, cracks and sand and other defects. In order to meet the above requirements, casting needs to take a series of technological measures, such as the selection of high refractoriness molding materials and control of sand moisture, molding should be layered solid to ensure the hardness of sand, the use of reasonable pouring riser system and strict control of pouring speed and temperature. All in all. Due to the higher technical requirements, the valve casting process is more complex than the general casting. In order to obtain qualified product quality, the corresponding casting needs heat treatment to eliminate the stress in the casting process, and X-ray, magnetic particle inspection, penetrant inspection and other detection methods are used.
